- Please keep ready last prescription, medicine strips, paper and pen ready before calling.
- If you can not read or write medicines in English properly, better ask chemist or your family doctor to call.
- Keep telephonic conversation to shortest possible.
- Telephonic / whats app / email consultations are not reliable, contact local family doctor /hospital for emergency (poor voice quality, words missing, misunderstanding, lack of details and no physical examination)
- Telephonic / whats app / email consultations may not be free.
- Avoid calling on mobile for appointments, Call clinic number and if difficulty getting to clinic landline, use whats app or messaging instead.
- Calls may be recorded
- Answering / guiding on calls may not be possible, particularly in emergencies
